Seasonal Suppers - Winemakers Dinner

For the first event in our Seasonal Suppers series, celebrating all things low-intervention, we're delighted to welcome one of the UK's most celebrated winemakers to Bayte on Wednesday 15th July, Ben Walgate of Walgate wine.

Joining Ben for this collaborative dinner is Josh Dickinson, our green-fingered chef, co-founder of Goat Grid Farm in Lewes. Together, they'll create a seasonal feast showcasing the best of local produce, thoughtfully paired with Ben's exceptional wines for an evening that celebrates craftsmanship, sustainability, and the beauty of working in harmony with nature. Expect a talk and tasting from Ben himself, alongside a bounty of seasonal wonders straight from Goat Grid farm. 

• Payment in full for your meal is required at time of booking. £55 per person for a welcome drink, talk & small tasting & three course feast. 
• Our Seasonal Supper nights are a communal dining event, where guests mingle and interact with others over dinner at the table.
• There is one sitting for dinner. Arrive from 6:30pm talk / dinner from 7pm.
• Seating will be allocated and bookings will be sat together – so please let us know if there is someone you’d like to sit with but have booked separately.
