Featured Performers
The Curtis Cabaret
The Curtis Cabaret brings together artists from diverse backgrounds to share in a night of music and storytelling. With the aim of creating a safe space for both the audience and the performers to express themselves authentically and freely, The Curtis Cabaret is rooted in collaboration, community, inclusivity and authenticity.
Each performer gets an opportunity to use the stage to express a part of themselves they mightn’t always get to express in their chosen field, supported by the most talented live band. You might resonate with a performer's storytelling or learn something new about another lifestyle.
For the audience, it’s an opportunity to be in an inclusive space, connecting with others through the stories told on stage, singing and dancing along, and forgetting about the outside world for a little bit of time.
Aoife Dunne
Aoife is one of Ireland’s most exciting new comedic voices blending stand-up, spoken word and storytelling with emotional honesty, biting wit, and serious stage presence. Her comeback story is compelling: after a 15-year hiatus following the death of her mother, she returned to the stage with her acclaimed show, Good Grief. Having sold out her debut tour, the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and the Galway Arts Festival, she’s gearing up to captivate audiences once again in 2026 with a run of Irish shows, including the Olympia Theatre, and more locations on the way.
In addition to her stage success, Aoife has cultivated a dedicated online following of over 160,000 across Instagram and TikTok. Her viral comedy sketches and character reels have resonated with audiences for their sharp observations on Irish identity, womanhood, and reinvention. She also facilitates storytelling workshops that help others reclaim their voices through creative expression.
TransAtlantic
A musical duo featuring Amelian Donegan and Sailhymn Ó Neart, based in the west of Ireland. Their work explores queerness, transition, and the pull of land and sea, pairing thoughtful lyrics with haunting soundscapes. The duo formed through shared activism for Palestine, and their creative partnership continues to be rooted in community, resistance, and the belief that art can move people toward action.
Breda Larkin
A comedian and storyteller from Ballinasloe whose work blends sharp wit with the warmth of her rural roots. A performer known for her down to earth humour and keen social insight, she draws on life as a farmer, celebrant and community activist to craft comedy that is grounded, playful and full of fun. She also performs as her acclaimed drag king persona, Joe O the Dolan, bringing extra energy and boldness to the night.
The Misses
Dublin’s dynamic drag duo, Miss Taken and Miss Roots, known for their electric performances, sharp humour, and unmistakable chemistry. As partners on and off the stage, their work blends camp, comedy, and a heartfelt connection to community. Active on the Irish drag scene for nearly a decade, they’ll bring a vibrant mix of wit, warmth, and high-energy performance to the event.
Sarah Clancy
A poet and community worker from Galway who has recently returned from the Flotilla to Gaza. Known for her warm wit, her work often engages with social justice alongside themes of love, nature, and everyday humanity. She will share a selection of her poetry on the night.
Karen Dempsey
An activist, celebrant, and member of the Land Flotilla team and is also known as The Bald Priestess. She founded Entheos, an inclusive spiritual organisation that supports people outside traditional institutions with personalised, meaningful ceremonies. Karen will lead a guided moment of reflection for those in Palestine and remind us why we’re all there.
Voices for Palestine offers audiences the chance to enjoy a festive evening while contributing to meaningful on the ground support. The event blends creativity with collective action, reminding attendees that solidarity can be joyful as well as powerful.
DJ Jules
DJ Jules has lit up queer dancefloors from Chambers to The George, Dyke Night, CRUSH, and Street 66. Known for instinctive genre-blending and sets that swing from euphoric queer anthems to dirty late-night grooves, she reads a room like a heartbeat and keeps it moving.
