Don’t miss the Brazos County A&M Club’s Event of the Year! Coaches Night 2019 will feature Texas A&M Head football coach Jimbo Fisher and honor Texas A&M Coaches from a variety of sports including football, basketball, softball, soccer, tennis, swimming, equestrian, and more.

Join us at the Texas A&M Hall of Champions for an enjoyable evening with other Brazos County Aggie Alumni and friends. This is the largest fundraiser event of the year for BCAMC, so your support is crucial to our success and ability to fund new scholarships for deserving Ags. This event provides the single-largest source of funding for BCAMC scholarships - last year, we raised over $150,000!

The evening will feature a special program with keynote speaker Coach Jimbo Fisher, words from Club officers and a past scholarship recipient as well as a live and silent auction.

12^th Man Sponsorship - $2500

• Table seating for eight (8) or ten (10) depending on the sponsor’s request for seating with a coach.
• Invitation to “Meet the Coaches” pre-event.
• High level of visibility on all event marketing, second only to Presenting Sponsor.
• Option to utilize a vendor table in the check-in area to provide information about your company.
• Twenty (20) complimentary beverage tickets.
• Table centerpiece to include a complimentary Texas A&M item signed by Coach Fisher.

Maroon Sponsorship - $1500

• Seating for eight (8) or ten (10) including a coach plus guest, subject to availability.
• Marketing visibility and more.

White Sponsorship - $1000

• Guaranteed seating for a table of ten (10).
• Visibility on event marketing and program.
