Join us for the HIMSS British Columbia Chapter’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Social on November 28, 2024 from 5:00pm - 8:00pm. This event will be held at The Refinery in Vancouver, BC, offering an opportunity for our community to gather, network, and engage in discussions about the latest advancements and challenges in healthcare information and management systems.

The AGM will feature presentations from chapter leaders on the past year’s achievements and the strategic vision for 2025. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in key discussions, vote on chapter initiatives, and engage in Q&A sessions with board members.

• Date: Thursday, November 28, 2024

• Time: Doors open at 5:00 PM, AGM from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM, followed by the social

• Location: The Refinery, Vancouver @ 1115 Granville Street. Vancouver, BC, V6Z 1M1*

Member & Non-Member Registration

AGM attendance is limited to current members in good standing. If you need to renew your membership before registering for the AGM, please visit the HIMSS membership page.

The Social component of the event (from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM) is open to non-members. We warmly welcome you to come and mingle while enjoying a glass of your favourite refreshment and a variety of tasty canapés!

Members - In-Person Registration: Admission is FREE - canapés and two drink tickets will be included.

Members - Virtual Registration: Admission is FREE. We will be live-casting the event and offering a virtual voting system and chat so you can participate virtually. Details to be sent out prior to the event.

Non-Members - In-Person Registration: Admission for non-HIMSS members is $35 - canapés and one drink ticket included.
