Regular Membership

BCHIMSS members have access to exclusive early bird rates and member discounts which provide a substantial cost savings over nonmember ticket prices. If you are a nonmember, we highly recommend you sign up for BCHIMSS membership to access the discounted member rates - chapter-only membership is only $39 USD so not only do you save more than this amount just on conference registration, but you get all the perks of membership for a full year including free or discounted access to our other digital health events and networking socials! Organizational Affiliate Membership

All employees of our chapter Organizational Affiliate members can automatically get free full regular BCHIMSS membership:

Patient Scholarships:

BCHIMSS is committed to ensuring that patient voices are heard in the ongoing transformation of healthcare. To support this, we are offering two full Patient Scholarships for the BCHIMSS 2025 Spring Conference for patients or caregivers actively engaged in improving the patient experience in healthcare. Please visit the conference website for details, eligibility, or to apply (submission deadline: 5pm PT on April 9th, 2025). 

Patient scholarships are supported by the BCHIMSS Past Presidents’ Circle of Excellence Fund, which was established through the generosity of past BCHIMSS Chapter Presidents to support patients attending our annual conference. We are grateful for the leadership of our donors, whose contributions make this opportunity possible and help ensure that patient perspectives are not just heard but valued and integrated into the discussions shaping the future of healthcare.
