National Bat Conference 2026 - in person attendees

The National Bat Conference is the biggest event in the bat calendar - An opportunity to hear from experts, develop your skills and connect with bat workers from across the country - catch up with old friends and make new ones!

Taking place Friday 11th - Sunday 13th September 2026 at the University of Warwick and online via Zoom.

This booking form is only for people attending in person, booking will open for virtual attendees in July. Early bird prices are available until end of June. In person booking deadline 27th August 2026.

Package notes:

• Conference accommodation is single en-suite bedrooms in halls
• Friday is a 2 course self-service dinner in the shared Rootes restaurant
• Saturday night is a choice between a 2 course self-service dinner in the shared Rootes restaurant or the Conference Dinner - 2 course buffet with drinks and entertainment in the Panorama Suite.
