BDLA 2025 Annual Conference

We are pleased to confirm that the BDLA 2025 Annual Conference will take place on:
Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at Glaziers Hall, London.

This year’s Annual Conference promises to be our most impactful yet, bringing together leading experts to offer exclusive insights into the future of bridging and development lending.

We are delighted to have already confirmed three keynote speakers:

• Dr Savvas Savouri, Managing Partner at QuantMetriks Advisory
  A respected economist with a distinguished career at Bank of America, Lazard and Toscafund, Savvas will share his views on the political and economic forces shaping our sector.
• Rob Elder, Agent Officer at the Bank of England
  Rob will provide a macroeconomic perspective on monetary policy and its implications for lenders and borrowers in the specialist finance market.
• Dan Hill, Associate Research Analyst at Savills
  Dan will present the latest market outlook from Savills, highlighting key trends in the UK property landscape as we look ahead to 2026.

The agenda will also include a panel discussion on the funding landscape for lenders, featuring senior stakeholders from across the sector. Full details of the panel will be confirmed closer to the event.
