We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Legacy Polo Match this Saturday, June 21st at the Legacy Equestrian Center in East Amherst, New York.

As we kick off the summer with style, sport, and elegance, prepare to experience an enjoyable day curated by Beau Fleuve Music & Arts, where tradition meets culture and creativity. Whether you’re a seasoned polo enthusiast or this is your first time attending, we promise an immersive experience filled with joy, beauty, and community.

Expect great weather, beautiful people, and a full day of elevated experiences.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll be surrounded by a dynamic fusion of art, music, fashion, and community spirit. This isn’t your average polo match, it’s a cultural celebration with our signature Beau Fleuve flair. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Live Music from the talented Will Holton
• Special Guest DJs spinning across multiple areas from the Main stage, Main Tent and The River Club Tent.
• Plenty of dancing, laughter, and smiles throughout the grounds.

Event Access & Arrival

Venue Address: 5940 Newhouse Road, East Amherst, New York 14150

Access to Parking & Ticket Gate will open at 11:45am

Arrival & Parking

Upon arrival, you’ll enter the property from Newhouse Road. Our friendly staff will guide you to the designated grassy parking area, so please wear appropriate footwear and plan accordingly.

• All vehicles must contain ticketed guests only. This is a ticketed only, no ticketed will be sold at the door.
• If you’re arriving via rideshare (Uber, Lyft, etc.) : Drivers may pull into the main entrance, drop you off near the check-in tent and then exit the property.

Ticketing & Check-In

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please note following:

• Digital or printed tickets are accepted. Have your barcode visible on your phone or printed out for easy scanning.
• Purchased multiple tickets? No need to arrive together. Feel free to forward each individual ticket to your guests in advance. Each ticket can only be scanned once.
• Wristbands will be issued upon entry. Once your ticket is scanned, you’ll receive a wristband based on your ticket type:
  • River Club Tent (Exclusively for River Club Members Only)
  • Estate Row Tables
  • Picnic Lawn
  • General Admission

    Your wristband determines access to specific areas of the event.

• Guest with Estate Row & Picnic Lawn tickets will receive a Luxe Lunchbox at Check-in, which can be brought to your table or picnic setup. You will also have access to the Main Tent Food and beverage offerings throughout the day.
• Please note that both Estate Row & Picnic Lawn areas are reserved and assigned. We kindly ask that only guest with those tickets types sit in those designated and respect the space of other.
• River Club Members will enjoy The River Club tent and seating with private chef, own bar and full access to main tent food & bar.
• General Admission tickets will have access to general lawn area, Main Tent & limited seating.

Tips on Footwear

Footwear: Since the event takes place on lush green grounds, we recommend platforms, wedges, or stylish flats for ladies and loafers or dress shoes for gentlemen—comfortable enough for walking and divot stomping.

• Passing of the Champagne begins

• Remarks by Chairman Lindsey L. Taylor & Dr. Greg Daniel, Host Committee, and Board Representatives

• Chairman Lindsey L. Taylor & Dr. Daniel drop the Polo Ball

• Polo Match Begins – Celebration Continues

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM | Second Half + Social Vibes

• Remaining food left out for guest enjoyment

• Bars remain open

• Continued entertainment across all tents

3:00 PM | The Denver Stomp (Viral Moment)

• Guests are invited onto the field

• Capture the energy – Champagne showers, dancing, celebration!
