ALL WEEKEND PASS (3 Events) - $90, includes VIP Reception (Aug. 21), Backyard BBQ (Aug. 22), Beau Fleuve Music & Arts Celebration (Aug. 24). Available May 24th until Aug. 20th.
ALL WEEKEND PASS (4 Events) - $165, includes VIP Reception (Aug.21), Backyard BBQ (Aug.22), For(e) The Culture Golf Tournament (Aug.23), Beau Fleuve Music & Arts Celebration (Aug.24). Available May 24th until Aug. 20th.
YOUTH TICKETS (17 & Under) - Youth under 17 years & younger are FREE to attend. No ticket purchase is required.
Proceeds from Tickets benefit the Beau Fleuve Music & Arts Foundation (BFM Arts, Inc.) mission driven work such as our Free Youth Creative Arts Programs, Student Ambassador Programs, Health Equity Through The Arts & Emerging Artist Initiative.
- There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind. All ticket sales are final.
Gate Entry – Ticketed Guests
- Event Time is 3:00pm - 9:00pm.
- Gate entry begins 30 minutes prior to the event at 2:30pm.
- Parking available 1 hour prior to the event at 2:00pm in designated parking areas. Please see event map for parking areas.
- Gates close for entry at 7:00pm, no exceptions
- Online Ticket Holders can print ticket or download ticket to phone to be scanned
- Physical Ticket Holders must present your ticket at the gate
- All Guest will receive a wristband upon entry. Photo Identification will be checked. 21+ will receive additional wristband
Gate Entry – Prohibited Items
- Food and drink
- Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances*
- Animals (with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities)
- Bags, camera bags, backpacks, any bags or purses except small clutch purse (4 ½” x 5 ½”). Only Clear purses or bags are accepted.
- Coolers
- Large lawn chairs: Director Style Chairs, Lounge Chairs, or anything with an attached footrest
- Inflatable loungers/"air chairs"
- Laser Pens
- Bikes/Rollerblades/Skateboards
- Glass of any kind
- Weapons, Knives, Fireworks
- Grills or cooking equipment
- ANY OTHER ITEM DEEMED DANGEROUS OR INAPPROPRIATE
*Any attempt to bring alcohol into the venue will be considered a violation and will result in the guest being removed from the event. Additionally, may result in arrest and/or ticket purchase privileges being revoked.
Gate Entry – Permitted Items
- Small clutch bag (4.5” x 5.5”) with or without a handle or strap
- Umbrellas/Ponchos
- Small strollers
- Binoculars
- Blankets
Additional Information:
- Beau Fleuve and their partners will not be responsible for items left at any entry gate.
- All belongings are subject to search.
- Intoxicated and unmanageable guests will not be admitted entry into the venue.
- All guests regardless of age (including children), must always have a valid ticket with them.
- No scalping, illegal sales, solicitation, or Re-Entry
Guest/Ticket Holder Code of Conduct
We love our fans and sharing our love for the music, art and culture. Please help us keep the Beau Fleuve experience a happy and safe one for all!
Any irresponsible conduct will not be tolerated in the facility parking lots or in the event area, and in some cases may result in ejection from the event, revocation of future ticket privileges and/or arrest. Everyone deserves the right to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of event days. Please treat all guests with courtesy and respect. Our staff will proactively implement the Guest Code of Conduct that includes some of the following behaviors not tolerated:
- Failure to comply with health and safety policies, including, but not limited to policies requiring face masks/coverings and requirements to maintain physical distancing.
- Failure to follow instructions or show your ticket when asked by Beau Fleuve staff, volunteers or security.
- Failure to stay in your ticketed area location.
- Interfering with the event (including entering the stage or throwing objects onto the stage).
- Participating in conduct deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous to staff or another audience member.
Tobacco/Smoking free venue – subject to change.
Failure to follow the above rules will result in the ejection of the party from the event and the associated parking lot without refund or exchange.
