This event is following all New York State and Erie County COVID guidelines rules and regulations, this is a limited capacity, social distancing event.

Know Before You Go | Important Information

Beau Fleuve is committed to keeping all visitors, staff, volunteers, and artists safe. We continue to work closely with New York State officials to revise and implement health and safety protocols. Please check this section 72 hour prior to entering our venue to make sure you have the most current information.

At this time, all activities are subject to New York State COVID-19 Guidelines requiring social distancing, use of approved face coverings, and other safety measures enforced at the time of the event. Please note that all participants must show proof of full vaccination or recent negative COVID-19 test and complete a basic COVID-19 health screening / questionnaire.

For current guidelines and procedures please see below. As official local health guidelines evolve regarding COVID-19 safety protocols, Beau Fleuve may shift configurations and increase capacity as well as change any of the rules below. We appreciate your attention and understanding and look forward to welcoming you to safe and enjoyable experiences at the Beau Fleuve Music & Arts Celebration.

  • Social Distanced Seating and/or Standing:
  • o Remember to remain a safe distance from your neighbors.
  • o Must be worn at all times.
  • o We’re taking temperatures at the gate
  • o Temperature must be below 100.4-degree F. Any individual who presents with a temperature of 100.4° F or greater will be denied entry to the performance/event, as well as any members of the individual’s party who may have been in close contact with the febrile patron within the past 10 days (e.g., family members, individuals who share the same residence).
  • o Please keep your distance and stay home if you don’t feel well.
  • o Patrons must show a negative diagnostic test result for COVID-19 for a (PCR) that was collected within 72 hours of the performance/event start time or a negative test result for COVID-19 from an antigen test performed within 6 hours of the performance/event start time.
  • o Patrons may provide proof of having completed the COVID-19 vaccination series prior to the date of the performance/event.
  • o If over the age of 16, either vaccine proof or negative COVID test is acceptable (as detailed above).
  • o The Excelsior pass, paper copy of the vaccination card are acceptable proof of vaccination.
  • o Save to mobile wallet
  • o And/Or Print Ticket (Name will be at ticket gate as well)
  • o There are no refunds or exchanges of any kind. All ticket sales are final.
  • o We’ve amped up our cleaning protocols throughout the venue
  • o Will be available throughout the venue for accessibility and ease of use

Gate Entry – Ticketed Guests

  • ALL Guests must wear masks at all times except when taking a bite of food or sipping a drink and should eat and drink. Please keep social distance in mind
  • Gate Entry begins 30 minutes prior to the event provide for social distancing, and time for temperature, vaccination or negative COVID test checks. Parking available 1 hour prior to the event.
  • All Guest will receive a wristband upon entry. Photo Identification will be checked.

Gate Entry – Prohibited Items

  • Food and drink
  • Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances*
  • Animals (with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities)
  • Bags, camera bags, backpacks, any bags or purses except small clutch purse (4 ½” x 5 ½”)
  • Ice/Coolers
  • Large lawn chairs: Director Style Chairs, Lounge Chairs or anything with an attached footrest
  • Inflatable loungers/"air chairs"
  • Laser Pens
  • Bikes/Rollerblades/Skateboards
  • Glass of any kind
  • Weapons, Knives, Fireworks
  • Grills or cooking equipment
  • ANY OTHER ITEM DEEMED DANGEROUS OR INAPPROPRIATE

*Any attempt to bring alcohol into the venue will be considered a violation of the Fan Code of Conduct and will result in the guest being ejected and may result in arrest and/or ticket purchase privileges being revoked.

Gate Entry – Permitted Items

  • Small clutch bag (4.5” x 5.5”) with or without a handle or strap
  • Umbrellas/Ponchos
  • Small strollers
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets

Additional Information:

  • Beau Fleuve and their partners will not be responsible for items left at any entry gate.
  • All belongings are subject to search.
  • Intoxicated and unmanageable guests will not be admitted entry into the venue.
  • All guests regardless of age (including children), must always have a valid ticket with them.
  • No scalping, illegal sales, solicitation, or Re-Entry

Guest Code of Conduct

We love our fans and sharing our love for the music, art and culture. Please help us keep the Beau Fleuve experience a happy and safe one for all!

Any irresponsible conduct will not be tolerated in the facility parking lots or in the event area, and in some cases may result in ejection from the event, revocation of future ticket privileges and/or arrest. Everyone deserves the right to enjoy the excitement and enthusiasm of event days. Please treat all guests with courtesy and respect. Our staff will proactively implement the Guest Code of Conduct that includes some of the following behaviors not tolerated:

  • Failure to comply with health and safety policies, including, but not limited to policies requiring face masks/coverings and requirements to maintain physical distancing.
  • Failure to follow instructions or show your ticket when asked by Beau Fleuve staff, volunteers or security.
  • Failure to stay in your ticketed area location.
  • Interfering with the event (including entering the stage or throwing objects onto the stage).
  • Participating in conduct deemed to be inappropriate or dangerous to staff or another audience member.

Tobacco/Smoking free venue – subject to change.

Failure to follow the above rules will result in the ejection of the party from the event and the associated parking lot without refund or exchange.
