You'll hear from keynote speaker, Tomas Sokolon and his colleagues from the Agroforestry and Woodlot Extension Society of Alberta (AWES) about how native tress and shrubs are a critical factor in supporting biodiversity and overall landscape ecology. You'll also have an opportunity to ask questions and chat with our speakers and Biosphere staff after the presentation.
