This November, we invite you into something truly special.

An unforgettable evening inspired by the magic of Oz - where bubbles drift through the air, emerald meets pink, and the room comes alive with some of the UK’s most incredible West End performers.

But more than that…

This is a night built on connection, community, and purpose.
A chance to experience something magical - while helping us build something that truly matters.

Location: Victoria Park, Southport

🎟️ Ticket Options

We are offering a limited number of tickets across four options:

• Standard Ticket (£145 per person)
• Standard Ticket – Payment Plan (Deposit to secure)
• Table of 10 (£135 per person - payment for full table at checkout)
• Table of 10 – Payment Plan (Deposit to secure)

Payment plan options are limited and available to help make the evening accessible.

💛 Important Booking Information

Tickets are limited and we expect high demand.
We recommend securing your place early to avoid disappointment.

Table placements and seating arrangements will be allocated closer to the event.

💳 PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

By selecting a payment plan option, you agree to the following:

Payment Schedule

Standard Ticket:
• £50 deposit at time of booking
• £50 due on 1st June 2026
• £45 due on 1st July 2026

Table of 10:
• £500 deposit at time of booking
• £500 due on 1st June 2026
• £350 due on 1st July 2026

Commitment to Payment

By choosing a payment plan, you are committing to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Full payment must be received by 1st July to confirm your attendance.

Tickets & Entry

• Your booking secures your place at the event
• The ticket(s) issued at booking act as confirmation only for payment plan purchases
• Official event tickets will be issued once full payment has been received
• Entry will only be permitted to fully paid bookings

Non-Payment

• If a scheduled payment is missed, a 7-day grace period will be provided
• If payment is not received within this time, your booking may be cancelled
• Any payments made up to that point are non-refundable

Refunds

• All payments are non-refundable, as costs for the event are committed in advance
• Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend
• Please contact events@bebeshive.org to arrange any transfers
