Sleeping Beauty
Follow Sleeping Beauty around Bridge End Gardens as she confronts the frustration and vulnerability of an undiagnosed disability. This promenade performance combines raw honesty with humour and whimsy, and features original music, dance, and puppetry.
It is a bold and playful exploration of the reality of chronic fatigue syndrome, inspired by and interwoven with familiar fairy-tale characters.
Co-created by Steph Martin alongside other disabled/neurodivergent artists training at the Bedazzle Accessible Performing Arts Academy.
