Exam payments for 

• Learners who wish to enter the November 2025 GCSE Maths and English re-sit Series who already have grade 4 and above
• Private GCSE candidates for the Bedford College Group – 2025/2026 (Not enrolled for GCSE English and/or Maths at the Bedford College Group)

For GCSE November 2025 Series 

• Please pay by 20th September 2025 3pm - late payment will not be accepted 

Confirmation of Entry for November 2025 exams will be sent to entrants by 17 October 2025 by email. Exam dates are below please make sure you are aware of the exam dates and available to attend.

English paper 1 - Tuesday 4th November 2025 am
Maths paper 1 - Wednesday 5th November 2025 am
English paper 2  - Thursday 6th November 2025 am
Maths paper 2  - Friday 7th November 2025 am
Maths Paper 3  - Monday 10th November 2025 am

For GCSE Summer 2026 Series

• Please Pay between 1st December 2025 and 1st February 2026. -  late payment will result in late fees/higher late fees being applied.
  

Confirmation of Entry for Summer 2026 exams will be sent to entrants by the end of April 2026 by email.  Exam dates are available below, please make sure you are aware of the exam dates and available to attend.

Maths paper 1 - Thursday 14th May 2026
English paper 1 - Thursday 21st May 2026 am 
Maths paper 2  - Wednesday 3rd June 2026 am
English paper 2  - Friday 5th June 2026 am
Maths paper 3  - Wednesday 10th June 2026 am

Advice
 When booking an Exam, you are entitled to cancel a Contract within the period of 14 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into (Cooling-Off Period) without giving any reason, however  in accordance with applicable consumer laws, we will retain a reasonable portion of the Entry Fee to reflect the work undertaken by us up to the point of cancellation.

If you are due to take the Exam before the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period, then you expressly request that we begin the supply of services (i.e. the provision of the Exam) before the end of the Cooling-Off Period,  you will lose the right to cancel from the day of the Exam onwards.

Any requests to cancel the contract must be submitted to examsbedford@bedford.ac.uk (Bedfordshire learners) ,examskettering@bedford.ac.uk (Northamptonshire learners). examscbc@bedford.ac.uk (Central Bedfordshire learners) and creditcontrol@bedford.ac.uk no later than 5 days after the planned exam date or on the last day of the cooling off period (whichever is the sooner). We will retain a sum of £35 from the Entry Fee to reflect the work undertaken by us up to the point of cancellation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

 If you cancel your Entry after the Cooling Off Period, we will not offer any refund of the Entry Fee or any External Administration fee for the cancelled Exam.
