Exam payments for The Bedford College Group (Bedford College, Tresham College, Central Bedfordshire College).

Please pay for your exam at least 7 days before your planned exam date.  Late payment may not be accepted. 

Advice:
When booking an Exam, you are entitled to cancel the Contract within the period of 14 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into (Cooling-Off Period) without giving any reason, however, in accordance with applicable consumer laws, we will retain a reasonable portion of the Entry Fee to reflect the work undertaken by us up to the point of cancellation.

If you are due to take the Exam before the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period, then you expressly request that we begin the supply of services (i.e. the provision of the Exam) before the end of the Cooling-Off Period, you will lose the right to cancel from the day of the Exam onwards.

Any requests to cancel the contract must be submitted to examsbedford@bedford.ac.uk (Bedfordshire learners) or examskettering@bedford.ac.uk (Northamptonshire learners) and creditcontrol@bedford.ac.uk no later than 5 days after the planned exam date or on the last date of the cooling off period (whichver is sooner). We will retain a sum of £35 from the Entry Fee to reflect the work undertaken by us up to the point of cancellation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

If you cancel your Entry after the Cooling Off Period, we will not offer any refund of the Entry Fee or the External Student Administration Fee for the cancelled Exam.
