Summer Exams  - Deadlines for payment and entry. -   Late entries will not be accepted
Health and Social care  CEA1/CEA2 - deadline 19th April
Health and Social Care EDEA1/EDEA2 - deadline 26th April
Childcare CCE1 - deadline 12th April
Childcare DCE2 - deadline 3rd May

Advice:
When booking an Exam, you are entitled to cancel the Contract within the period of 14 days after the day on which the Contract is entered into (Cooling-Off Period) without giving any reason, however, in accordance with applicable consumer laws, we will retain a reasonable portion of the Entry Fee to reflect the work undertaken by us up to the point of cancellation.

If you are due to take the Exam before the expiry of the Cooling-Off Period, then you expressly request that we begin the supply of services (i.e. the provision of the Exam) before the end of the Cooling-Off Period, you will lose the right to cancel from the day of the Exam onwards.

Any requests to cancel the contract must be submitted to examsbedford@bedford.ac.uk (Bedfordshire learners) or examskettering@bedford.ac.uk (Northamptonshire learners) and creditcontrol@bedford.ac.uk no later than 5 days after the planned exam date or on the last day of the cooling off period (whichever is the sooner). We will retain a sum of £35 from the Entry Fee to reflect the work undertaken by us up to the point of cancellation. Nothing in this section affects your legal rights.

If you cancel your Entry after the Cooling Off Period, we will not offer any refund of the Entry Fee or the External Student Administration Fee for the cancelled Exam.
