Amazing Adaptations: A Live Animal Event with the Beardsley Zoo

Do they have feathers and fly? What colors can we see, and how do those colors help them survive? Can they dig deep burrows with special feet? Let’s find out as we explore Amazing Adaptations!

For Pre-K children, this program will feature live birds, mammals, reptiles, amphibians, and invertebrates.

Come discover how animals are perfectly adapted to their environments through observation, curiosity, and fun!

This interactive learning experience will take place outdoors in our organic produce garden. Feel free to bring a blanket and lawn chairs. Admission is $35 and covers one adult and one child.
