- Join Fire and Ice Challenges by raising at least £100 per person through JustGiving. To secure your place in the challenge, a non-refundable registration fee of £10 is required. (** Participants in both the Fire and Ice Challenge must be aged 14 or over)

Fire & Ice 2026 is a special community event organized by the MS Therapy Centre to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Centre's building. It brings people together to support those living with MS and Parkinson's, while raising funds for the Centre's vital work.

There will be Fire & Ice Challenges taking place on the day. Participants will have the opportunity to walk barefoot across beds of hot coals and lanes of broken glass under the guidance and close supervision of experienced instructors.

The Fire Walk is about much more than walking across hot coals. It is a powerful personal challenge that encourages participants to face their fears, step beyond their comfort zones and discover what they are truly capable of achieving. It represents courage, confidence, resilience and moving forward despite obstacles, values that reflect the experiences of many people living with MS and Parkinson's.

If you would like to take part in both the Fire and Ice Challenges, a non-refundable registration fee of £10 is required to secure your place. Participants are also asked to create a JustGiving fundraising page and pledge to raise a minimum of £100 in support of the Centre.

As a token of our appreciation, participants who take on both challenges will receive ONE food and drink voucher.

• 3:00–6:00 pm – Ice Challenge
• 6:00–7:00 pm – Fire Challenge Training
• 7:30 pm – Fire Lighting
• 8:00–9:00 pm – Fire Challenge
• 9:00–10:00 pm – Celebration and Certificate Presentation
