Presented by Bedfordshire Youth Opera - The Enchanted Pig

The Bedfordshire Youth Opera presents Jonathan Dove's 'The Enchanted Pig'

Wednesday 27th - Saturday 30th August

The performance on Thursday 28th August at 7:30pm will be a relaxed performance.

The Bedfordshire Youth Opera’s relaxed performance of The Enchanted Pig makes the opera more inclusive for those who may find traditional theatre challenging, including people with neurodiversity, anxiety, or sensory and communication needs. Adjustments include low-level house lights, freedom to move and make noise, introductions to actors playing unpleasant characters, and visual stories to aid preparation. The opera itself remains unchanged, but the atmosphere will be more relaxed and welcoming for everyone.

Before the relaxed performance, we will be holding a Piggies' Party family workshop at 4pm for piggies aged 8 and above and their grown ups. These tickets are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Join us for a fun and interactive afternoon of music, creativity, and storytelling.
