Craft and Connect Workshop

A relaxed, welcoming creative session where we’ll make things together and enjoy good conversation. No experience needed, just come as you are! Craft materials provided, but feel free to bring your own. Gently facilitated by a psychologist, these sessions are about slowing down, connecting with others, and doing something kind for your wellbeing through craft.

The next three sessions will feature:

Friday 3rd July 2026 – Card Making with Intention

A calm, creative session making greeting or affirmation cards for self or others.
This session focuses on thoughtfulness, creativity, and the simple joy of making
something meaningful by hand. Bring your own card making materials if you
wish.

Friday 7th August 2026 – Collective Garland
Part two of our collective garland making session! A collaborative art session
where everyone contributes to a shared garland. This session focuses on
connection, playfulness, and creating something together, no pressure, no rules,
just collective creativity. Bring your own crochet materials if you wish.

Friday 4th September 2026 – Scrapbooking Stories
A relaxed scrapbooking session using photos, words, colours, and textures to
capture memories or moments that matter. Participants can work quietly or chat
while creating pages that reflect their experiences. Bring your own scrapbooking
materials if you wish.
