Family Board Games

Join us for a fun board games afternoon, suitable for the whole family! Hosted by one of our friendly volunteers, we'll have a different featured game each week that you can learn and play with new friends, or choose one of our many fun games from our games library. 

Week 1 (27/07): Sushi Go! - In the super-fast sushi card game Sushi Go!, you are eating at a sushi restaurant and trying to grab the best combination of sushi dishes as they whiz by. Score points for collecting the most sushi rolls or making a full set of sashimi. Dip your favorite nigiri in wasabi to triple its value! And once you've eaten it all, finish your meal with all the pudding you've got! But be careful which sushi you allow your friends to take; it might be just what they need to beat you!

Week 2 (3/08): Think! Word Game - Choose a category, tap the timer, name an answer, press the letter, tap the timer and pass to the next player. You've only got 10 seconds or you're out – last player left wins! Think Words board game is fun for all the Family.

Week 3 (10/08): Herd Mentality - THINK LIKE THE HERD — OR FACE THE PINK COW – Flip a question and guess what everyone else is thinking. Land in the majority and win cows. Be the odd one out and you're lumbered with the dreaded pink cow of doom. Hilarious every single round.
