PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Let’s get Ramadan ready by embracing the sentiment of giving thanks in our Girl Talk Winter course. We’ll explore how the Islamic concept of gratitude (Shukr) can transform your mindset, making you more equipped to handle school stress, build healthy friendships, and navigate peer pressure in preparation for the best Ramadan yet.
Together, we’ll reflect on:
🌟 How daily gratitude to Allah SWT can make our minds stronger at school and home.
🌟 The power of cognitive reframing to turn worries into productive optimism.
🌟 The beauty of Islamic positive affirmations in growing our self-esteem and spirituality.
🌟 Practical tools to practice gratitude and positivity through hardships
About the Speaker

Currently she conducts individual and group therapy sessions for clients mostly in the local GTA and is a public presenter of topics around Mental Health awareness.
