Bella Baxter - Album Release Concert

We’re celebrating the release of our new album Ofrenda: Poems of Devotion & Resistance with a special release show in Berlin.

Ofrenda is our seventh album and is about politics, frustration, queer love, sex, pleasure and the different ways we try to resist the things that make the world smaller. Musically, it moves through trip hop, spoken word, experimental indie, heavy guitars, some folky bits and whatever else managed to sneak into the songs.

We do pretty much everything ourselves: writing, recording, producing, releasing our music, making our zines and organising our tours. We’re also not particularly good at social media, but we really love playing live, which is why this show means a lot to us.

We’re using the ticket money to help fund our UK tour in November. We’re currently saving every penny to get ourselves and all our instruments across the Channel, so coming to this show directly helps us make that tour happen.

We’re really grateful to everyone who supports independent musicians, comes to shows, buys a record or zine, shares our music or tells a friend about us.
