Menopause Connections: A Holistic Approach to Menopause is proudly presented by a team of local menopause practitioners covering nutrition, pelvic health, fitness, medical and natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms.

The fourth event in the series will be led by:

Belinda Wahla Natural Health Practitioner, registered Homeopath, kinesiologist and EFT specialising in menopause, founder of B-well Health and Dr Tanya Patrick, NHS GP and Menopause Expert. Co-Founder of BiOrigin: an Integrative Health & Hormone Clinic

Attendees of the event will discover:

- How to initiate a natural approach to managing menopause and grasp the significance of lifestyle adjustments and decisions.

- Resources to alleviate certain physical menopausal symptoms, fostering a sense of empowerment among participants.

- ⁠Learn how to use nutrition and food choices to improve menopause symptoms such as sleep disturbances and hot flushes

- The key techniques that will help them wind down, switch off, and finally be able to truly rest.

- The science of good sleep, including how to use nutrition, your natural hormones, and your environment to retrain from insomnia, reset your circadian rhythm, and discover what truly restful sleep feels like.

Following the presentation, there will be time for informal questions and connecting with all the Menopause Connections Team and other attendees over a cuppa.
