Menopause Support Group: Mental Health & Menopause. Practical hints & tips to feel more balanced and in control of your menopause. Menopause Connections: A Holistic Approach to Menopause is proudly presented by a team of local menopause practitioners covering nutrition, pelvic health, fitness, medical and natural approaches to managing menopause symptoms. The fifth event in the series will be led by: Belinda Wahla Natural Health Practitioner, registered Homeopath, kinesiologist and EFT specialising in menopause, founder of B-well Health. Amanda Duncan, registered Nutritionist, founder of Amanda Duncan Nutrition. Siri Andersen, Level 3 Personal trainer, founder of Stronger By Siri Perimenopause can be an emotional rollercoaster for many women, leading to symptoms ranging from brain fog and mood swings, to anxiety, low confidence and depression.
