Join Emma for a weekly wellbeing series designed to help people slow down and reconnect - with themselves and with a sense of joy. Each session blends gentle mindfulness with creativity and different sensory experiences like:
- sound healing, - poetry, - gratitude journalling, - creative visualisations, - breathwork, - …and even a chocolate meditation! It’s not about performance or fixing yourself: it's about creating a calm, playful space where your nervous system can settle and your creativity can breathe. No prior experience is needed – this is a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can come exactly as you are. This course is led by:
Weekly 45-minute sessions on Fridays, 12.30 - 1.15pm. Dates available for booking: 9th January, 16th January, 23rd January (cancelled), 6th February, 13th February. Reduced ticket prices We’d like as many people as possible to be able to access and enjoy Bell House. We offer a limited number of income-based bursary tickets at half price, which can be booked directly - if you would not be able to attend at the full price due to financial considerations, then this concession option is available. |
