Adult Practice Sessions: Untutored throwing on the wheel, 5-week block, for intermediate or advanced students

5-week block of practice sessions for adults - intermediate/advanced

This is an opportunity for more experienced students who have already done two or more of our throwing courses to practice throwing and to work on their own projects.

Cost

£115 for five 2-hour sessions

Programme

These sessions are untutored, and you will work independently on your own projects. 

• In the first three sessions you will focus on improving your throwing skills, then finish your pots in weeks four and five.
• There will be the opportunity to apply slips and experiment with decorating techniques such as inlay and sgraffito. 
• You can keep up to eight pots which will be fired and glazed for you, by the studio, in our standard white glaze or transparent.
• There will be a technician present in the studio throughout for practical queries.

Please only book these sessions if you are an intermediate student, willing to work independently, and have attended at least two throwing courses at Bell House Pottery. A Taster Class does not count towards this total.
