Mug Making Workshop - Handbuilding Taster session

Learn the basics of hand-building as you make your own personalised mug

This 2-hour workshop is for beginners who would like to have a first go at making a vessel from clay slabs.

• Learn how to use hand-building techniques to make your own mug.
• Personalise your mug by pressing patterns and texture into the soft slabs of clay.
• Form and attach a handle and choose your favourite glaze. 
• We will glaze and fire your finished piece for you.
• The cost of all materials and firing are included in the course fee.

• This two-hour workshop is suitable for all levels, no previous experience with clay required.
• This session is for adults aged 18 and over 

Tickets and dates

• Next occurrence: Saturday, 26^th September, 2-4pm
• Cost: £50 per session. £25 concessions.
• Each course is 2 hours long.

• Two half price concession tickets are available for each course for those whose financial circumstances mean they would not otherwise be able to attend..
  

Refunds: 

No refunds are available. However if you cannot attend a Taster Class for any reason: 

• if you give us eight- or more- days’ notice we can either reschedule or send you a code to rebook for a different Taster Class.
• If you give seven days’ notice or less, we cannot reschedule. There are no exceptions to this, so please do not ask or pressurise our staff.
• In the latter scenario where you give seven days’ notice or less that you cannot attend, your booked place remains yours to give to a friend or family member to attend instead of you. In which case please let us know who is coming in your place
