To The Moon & Back: Build a Secret World Craft Workshop

Build a mini 3D world where your memories, stories and imagination inspire the design. A shoe box of underwater beasts? A bottle full of stars? A vessel of memories?

Led by Scamp, suitable for any age, and a lovely family activity. These special worlds will be made for To The Moon & Back but you can take home a mini world in jar as a memento.

If you enjoy the workshop, there is another in November to get further involved in building the secret worlds installation. Scamp can tell you all about it.

To The Moon & Back is a magical performance trail through Newquay town centre, guided by storytellers, dancers, music and your curiosity. The programme of activity connected To The Moon & Back is part of Be Newquay Festival – a new season of events, activities and workshops that celebrate Newquay’s culture and creative spirit. The Be Newquay Festival has been curated by Cornwall Council project ‘Experience Newquay’ in collaboration with local project partners Love Newquay and Visit Newquay. It is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
