Family constellation work, as pioneered by Bert Hellinger, is a powerful tool for shining a light on how stress and conflict can trigger physical symptoms and illness.

Lourdes Aguirre is a master teacher in systemic family constellations from Mexico. Lourdes is the Founder of Kamul Health & Life Center in Morelos, Mexico. She has been working since 1989 facilitating and teaching systemic family constellations, alongside gestalt therapy, psychotherapy, energy work, infant birth psychology, the enneagram and remedial therapy.

A Family Constellation is a three-dimensional group process that has the power to shift generations of suffering, blockages and unhappiness. Systemic constellations are a tool for problem-solving and decision-making.

Bioenergetic therapy by Dr Hamer, is based on the theory that physical and emotional health are connected. It is a method that connects your emotions, character, body expressions, and muscle structure to release stiff or overstressed areas of the body. It allows you to free up the emotions and feelings that cause disease and energy blockage.

The goal of the workshop:

Release mental, emotional and physical distress.

Healing the relationship with your father and mother by, transforming the beliefs that prevent you from opening up to your life force.

When there is a conflict between our mother figures, children often experience health problems and difficulties through invisible loyalties.

The objective of this workshop is to facilitate a deep look at the movement of your spirit & body.

Find your rightful place in life and thus free yourself from limiting beliefs.

Heal beliefs of guilt and fear.
