9th BEPA General Assembly

BEPA is inviting its members to the 9th General Assembly, a decision making gathering taking place on 28 November, 2024 in Barcelona and online.  The General Assembly will be followed by a brokerage event, which allows selected start-ups and researchers to present their pitches on innovative battery technologies directly to investors and other stakeholders.

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION & VOTING: BEPA members are allowed to register two (2) representatives onsite and unlimited representatives to attend the event online. Industry and research members can select one representative with voting rights, whereas associations have no voting rights. Members who cannot attend can delegate their votes to another member of the same category.

BEPA members are invited to take part in a gala dinner in an authentic castle part of Barcelona’s Artistic Heritage. The restaurant offers Catalan cuisine utilising local products. Please note that we have availability for 100 people, we encourage you to register as soon as possible.

BEPA is inviting its members to the 9th General Assembly, a decision making gathering taking place on 28 November, 2024 in Barcelona and online. The General Assembly will be followed by a networking lunch.

The General Assembly will be followed by a brokerage event, which allows selected start-ups and researchers to present their pitches on innovative battery technologies directly to investors and other stakeholders. The pitchers of the event were selected in the spring of 2024 through an application phase where the quality of their pitch decks and innovations were judged by a jury of experts. They were subsequently trained during a workshop, which leads them to present their innovative battery technologies in front of you in November! So don't miss out!

The event will be followed by a cocktail reception.

On the same week and in the same venue,  BEPA is co-organising the Battery Innovations Days (BID) the event where policymakers, scientists and industry representative discuss the future of battery R&I in Europe. Please note that to get access to BID you will have to purchase your ticket  HERE

ACCOMMODATION:

We have negotiated a special rate at the Barcelo Hotel where the event is being held, conveniently located next to the Barcelona-Sants station 130 EUR for a Single room per night, which includes WiFi and breakfast (city tax is not included).
