BEPA 10th General Assembly & Polish Battery Ecosystem Workshop

BEPA is inviting its members to the 10th General Assembly, a decision making gathering taking place on 19 May, 2025 in Warsaw and online. The General Assembly will be followed by a workshop on the Polish Battery Ecosystem. Poland currently holds the European Council Presidency, this will be a great opportunity for European battery stakeholders to familiarise with this new European hub of battery factories. 

Following the Workshop, Members are invited to a networking buffet dinner on the Floor 2 Restaurant at the presidential Hotel. Tickets will be given on first come first serve basis.

OTHER EVENTS IN WARSAW: On 20-21-22 May, you are invited to attend the Battery Forum Poland, an International battery and energy storage fair for professionals in the battery and advanced energy storage technologies. 

RULES FOR PARTICIPATION & VOTING: BEPA members are allowed to register two (2) representatives onsite and unlimited representatives to attend the event online. Industry and research members can select one representative with voting rights, whereas associations have no voting rights. 

Members who cannot attend can delegate their votes to another member of the same category. In case you are not able to attend, please let the BEPA Office know by clicking the following email  info@bepassociation.eu. We will get in touch with you, so you can nominate a proxy for voting.
