Named for the Korean words for big river, wisdom, and beauty, Ensemble ARI arrives at Berkeley Chamber Performances with a program of striking emotional depth. Featuring musicians who have performed from Carnegie Hall to the San Francisco Symphony, Ensemble ARI's program follows the full sweep of human experience — pairing vibrant new works by contemporary composers Ben Dorfan, Addie Camsuzou, and Heeyoung Yang, including the latest piece by Jean Ahn, Time to Weep, Time to Laugh for piano trio, with the timeless beauty of Clara Schumann's Piano Trio in G minor. Join us for a remarkable journey through the seasons of life.
