Join us for Berklee’s first ever Homecoming event, September 18-19, 2026, where the Berklee community comes back together. Spend a weekend reconnecting with classmates and faculty, expanding your creative network, celebrating fellow alumni, and experiencing the energy that makes Berklee unlike anywhere else.

Be sure to get your Block Party tickets over at the MLB site to catch all the amazing performances Saturday afternoon. Block Party tickets are discounted for Berklee community members. Friday, September 18 will feature workshops and panel discussions with Block Party artists, open to the entire Berklee community. End the night with the Welcome Home Reception (registration required), Student Performances and a late night Jam at the Berklee Caf. Stay tuned for more community events to be announced!

Start Homecoming weekend by coming together at our Welcome Home Reception at Kings in the Back Bay.
Held the night before the main Block Party, this special gathering offers alumni, faculty, and seventh- and eighth-semester students the chance to celebrate the start of the weekend by reconnecting with old friends and making new connections.
Enjoy light refreshments, bar bites, bowling, music, and more in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Whether you’re returning to campus, meeting fellow alumni across generations, or welcoming soon-to-be graduates into the alumni community, this reception is the perfect way to kick off Homecoming’s festivities.
Please note: Registration is required, this event is 18+ and IDs will be checked upon arrival.

Saturday, September 19
Saturday, September 19 is our Homecoming game day. Start at the Alumni Brunch before entering the daylong celebration of music at the Homecoming Block Party. Then, continue the jam at the House of Blues After Party featuring in-the-round performances and open jam sessions. Registrations are required to attend Saturday's events.

Conveniently located for easy access to the day’s events, the Alumni Brunch offers a special opportunity to celebrate Berklee’s incredible alumni community and the connections that continue long after graduation. Designed as a career-focused gathering, this event highlights the opportunities available through the relaunch of Berklee’s alumni engagement platform, Berklee Connect, while creating space for alumni from all decades to network and build meaningful relationships.
Enjoy a buffet brunch, musical entertainment from talented Berklee alumni, and an atmosphere centered on reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and celebrating the shared experiences that make the Berklee network so unique. This event is open exclusively to alumni and is the perfect way to start your Homecoming Saturday before heading to the Block Party.

Berklee’s first-ever Homecoming Block Party brings together our powerhouse alumni for a daylong celebration of music, community, and connection. This outdoor, block-party-style event will feature performances by alumni Susan Tedeschi, Tiwa Savage, Fabiola Méndez, Dreion, and many more. Spanning genres and generations, the lineup reflects the creativity, artistry, and global impact of the Berklee community.
This event is open to the Berklee community and the general public. Ticket purchase is required.

The party doesn’t stop when the Block Party ends. Join us for an exclusive late-night celebration created just for Berklee. Located just steps from the day’s outdoor festivities, this intimate afterparty will feature first-time collaborations and in-the-round performances led by Berklee alumni Louis Cato ’04, JR Robinson ’75, and Terri Lyne Carrington BM ’83, H ’03.
The lineup include vocalists Lalah Hathaway BM ’90, H ’22, Arooj Aftab BM ’10, Debo Ray ’13, and Dreion BM ’20; horn players Miguel Zenón BM ’98, Milena Casado BM ’20, MM ’22, and the Regiment Horns, featuring Sean Erick ’06, Kevin Lloyd Williams Jr. ’03, and Leon Silva Jr. BM ’23; guitarists Angie Swan ’05 and Matthew Stevens BM ’04; keyboardists Santiago Bosch BM ’16, MM ’17, Ian Macklin Sims BM ’26, and Giorgi Mikadze BM ’14; bassist Neil Stubenhaus ’75; drummer JK Kim BM ’06; percussionist Taku Hirano BM ’95, MA ’24; and more.
The evening concludes with an open jam session hosted by Berklee alumni and faculty members Lil John Roberts ’92 and Chris Loftlin BM ’92.
This event is open exclusively to alumni, faculty, staff, students and volunteer leadership. Refreshments and bar bites will be available to purchase.
Please note: There is no age minimum to attend but IDs will be checked upon arrival to note those who are 21+. Those who register will receive a separate email from Universe Ticketing closer to the date with a QR code ticket per registrant. Please save that and have readily available for entry to Homecoming After Dark at the House of Blues.

Do I need to register for each event?
Yes, separate registrations are required for each event, this includes the main event. Purchase tickets for the Homecoming Block Party here.
Ticket says "Sold Out", will additional tickets become available?
We're monitoring capacity across all our events and may have additional ticket releases as possible. Contact Alumni Affairs to get on a waitlist at alumniaffairs@berklee.edu
Are there discounted hotel rooms available?
Yes! We can’t wait to welcome you back to campus for Homecoming! To make your return to Boston as seamless as possible, Berklee has negotiated exclusive block rates at several hotels near campus September 18-20, 2026.
