Charity Event In Support of Save Castle Fields
Berkhamsted Castle Trust must raise £500,000 in two years to help repay a loan, secured to protect the 30 acres of the beautiful Castle Fields, situated to the east of Berkhamsted Castle from development.
The Fields are of critical historic importance, ecologically rich and will be managed as a key future public open space for Berkhamsted for all time.
You are warmly invited to our Berkhamsted Ball, taking place on Saturday 31st October, 7pm - midnight, at Berkhamsted School. It will be a truly spectacular occasion!
The evening includes:
- Three Course Dinner
- Complimentary Drink on Arrival
- Gala Charity Auction
- Live Music and Dancing with The X Tones
There are some fantastic items to be auctioned by Antiques Roadshow experts John Bly and Eric Knowles. Just some of the lots available:
- Holiday home stay in Wales
- Commissioned painting of your house by Mary Casserley
- One hour flight in a Piper PA28 from Halton
- A guided tour of the Victoria and Albert Museum with Antiques Roadshow expert John Bly
- Canal boat trip

Tickets are £75 per person and include a three course meal and welcome drink. Seating is on tables of 8.
Groups, couples and individuals are all welcome.
Our bar will be open from 7pm to 11.30pm.
