Come get a behind-the-scenes look into the 2025 Romanian Presidential election campaigns, as part of the Berlin Campaigners Meetup.

It starts at 19:00 on Thursday 4 September at the new Mitte/Kreuzberg location of Spreefeld (Raum 3), Wilhelmine-Gemberg-Weg 14, 10179.

** For this special session, we'll also have free drinks available.**

We'll hear from two speakers with insights on the campaigning activities that propelled Dan's win from polling at 10% to beating the far-right frontrunner in the wake of the previous result being annulled due to Russian interference. As always, there'll also be plenty of time for mingling and informal networking.

Speaker: Martina Orlea (Electica). Originally from Romania and now based in London, Martina Orlea led the paid digital strategy on Nicușor Dan’s historic, winning presidential campaign. Martina is the Chief of Staff and Strategy Manager at Electica, a Digital agency who pioneers targeting and advertising tools and services for progressive causes across the EU, UK, US, Canada, and elsewhere.

Speaker: Remy Bajolet (Qomon). Qomon has powered grassroots campaigning in multiple election cycles in Romania. Remy will share insights into mobilisation and voter outreach tactics used in recent campaigns.

RSVP now by getting a free ticket.

We are a monthly meet-up in Berlin for people involved in campaigning, non-profits, digital, communications, political organising, and all things related! We aim to meet on the first Thursday of the month, usually with a guest speaker, to talk and network informally.
