Testimonials

  • Lauren Tuffs, Change Leader | Business Agility: “The AI for Agilists course is an absolute essential for anyone working in the field! If you want to keep up with the organizations and teams you support, this course will equip you with not only knowledge of how to leverage AI for your work as an Agilist but will also give you endless tips & tricks to get better results and outcomes. I thoroughly enjoyed the course content, structure, and activities. Working in teams to apply what we learned was the best part, as it led to great insights for how I could apply what I was learning. After the first day on the course, I already walked away with many things I could apply at work. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to better understand AI in general, but more specifically, how to leverage AI for Agility.”
  • Fortune Buchholtz, Head of Agile: “I hope by now everyone knows how highly I think of Stefan Wolpers’ work. He & Tim Ottinger are both deeply inspiring teachers. So perhaps I shouldn’t have been so surprised in taking Stefan’s new AI class. Lots of classes that look similar have been around for nearly a year. But Stefan goes three extra miles here, offering one of the most useful & actionable prompting frameworks I’ve seen, esp. in conjunction with our friend Dr. Holger Dierssen’s customization setup. Stefan’s knowledge of the various & always multiplying LLM models is immense. This allows him to craft interesting & meaningful Agile product scenarios for students to collaborate on, then present in small groups. I’ve been using LLM’s like Perplexity, Claude & Pi since early days…. Yet Stefan taught me tips & tricks I didn’t know, those little things that elevate the result significantly, while always keeping human judgement & intent in control of the final mix. If you’re a continuous learner looking for such a class, I do highly recommend Stefan’s to you. He’s a true maestro here… again.”
  • Ilya Zaytsev, Leading Agility at HUGO BOSS: “Last week, I finished the 𝗔𝗜 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 course. And I’m mutating… It started on the train. I was scrolling through my messages, half-distracted, when a newsletter from Stefan Wolpers popped up. Stefan, a deep thinker with a hands-on attitude, was launching a new course. A pilot cohort. The mission: explore how AI can actually support us as agile practitioners. I couldn't resist. I tapped: "𝘚𝘪𝘨𝘯 𝘶𝘱". What followed were four bi-weekly sessions. Four intense afternoons. Full of exploration, experimentation, and practice. […] At the beginning, Stefan said that 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘴𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 𝘱𝘶𝘵𝘴 𝘶𝘴 𝘢𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘱𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘳𝘴. That sounded like a big statement. But somewhere along the way, I noticed a shift... an emerging superpower in how I approach my tasks with AI.⚡And now, as my AI-mutation continues, I catch myself wondering: 💭 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘥𝘰 𝘐 𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘈𝘐 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘭𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥?.. [Continued on Linked.]”
  • Atticus Ryan (Senior Product Owner): “This was an indispensable introduction for an Agile or IT professional interested in but intimidated by AI. You are not too far behind the curve to get your arms around the technology and begin using it to your benefit. From understanding how LLMs work to prompt engineering to practical applications, Stefan brings clarity to the chaos in a measured, approachable, and well-organized workshop-style course. A delight to participant in with the result that you have an excellent starter toolkit for the journey ahead in your career.”
  • Holger Dierssen, Systemic Consultant and Agile Coach“The ‘AI for Agile BootCamp’ was a real change of perspective – and I don’t mean that in the usual buzzword sense. Stefan didn’t just teach tools or prompt techniques; he consistently bridged the gap between an agile mindset and practical AI applications. The practical structure of the pilot program – concrete AI exercises (70%), compact theoretical input (10%), and joint reflection (20%) – enables direct knowledge transfer into the participants’ everyday work. What particularly impressed me was the work on real-life use cases for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches. No theoretical bubbles – instead, concrete examples of how GPT-based assistants can provide sound support for Retros, Reviews, and stakeholder communication. The format’s willingness to experiment and Stefan’s clarity and methodological depth ensured real learning transfer. My conclusion: This program is not an introductory course on AI, but a practical invitation to consciously shape AI’s possibilities–and limits– as an agile professional. Anyone who wants to have a say and help shape the future of the agile community will not be able to ignore learning journeys like this.”

🔧 AI Tool Selection

You can fully participate in the AI for Agile BootCamp cohort without a paid account for large-scale frontier models such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT. We will also use free versions of these LLMs and other tools, such as Perplexity and NotebookLM, to explore the core techniques and principles taught in this course.

However, note that the quality and completeness of responses from free-tier models may be limited. Some of the more advanced practices, especially those involving multi-step reasoning or structured output, are only accessible through paid versions. As a result, your experience with the exercises may not fully reflect the potential of our methods, especially when compared to peers who have access to paid models.

To ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience, consider a one-month subscription to Claude or ChatGPT Plus, which currently offers the most reliable and capable environment for our learning objectives. It will allow you to engage with all hands-on exercises without encountering technical or performance-related roadblocks.

That said, you are welcome to join using free-tier tools, and you won’t be left behind—we’ll share examples and outputs across the cohort to support everyone’s progress, regardless of their tool access level.
