Claude Cowork BootCamp: Build Your Own AI Agents, No Coding Required

A Hands-on BootCamp from June 10 to July 2, 2026

Claude Cowork changes how non-developers work with AI. Instead of chatting back and forth, you point Claude to a folder, describe the outcome, and it does the work: organizing files, generating reports, processing data, and creating documents; there is no coding required.

The problem: most people try a few things and get stuck. They do not know which tasks are good candidates. They do not know how to build Skills that help to make Claude Cowork useful. They do not know where the current limits are.

This Cowork BootCamp fixes that. In four hands-on sessions, you will learn how to create your first autonomous AI agents with Claude Cowork.

A Note on the Format

Please note: Claude Cowork is a research preview. Anthropic ships updates frequently. A detailed, fixed curriculum would be outdated before we finish the fourth session.

So this is the second cohort, built on the lessons learned from the founding one, and yet work in progress. We learn together. I bring my experience from training hundreds of practitioners in AI4Agile and my personal Claude Cowork practice. You bring your real work challenges. 

What You Will Learn

Every session is hands-on. You build working Skills and AI Agents during the sessions, not after:

• How to build, test, and improve AI agents with Cowork from scratch
• Which of your tasks are good candidates for Skills (and which are not)
• How Claude Cowork differs from regular chat and why that matters for your daily work
• How to connect Cowork with other tools: Chrome, Google Drive, Slack
• Where the current limits are, so you do not waste time on dead ends
• How a compounding system looks, relieving you from monotonous or exhausting tasks, compared to simple prompting and chatting with Claude.

Live Sessions: 9 Hours of Live, Interactive Training

Session 1: June 10, 2026, 3 pm – 6 pm CEST (Wednesday)

There will be no recordings. The Claude Cowork BootCamp is a live workshop, small enough that I can help you individually when you get stuck.

This Claude Cowork BootCamp Is for You In Case

• You use a computer for knowledge work and want to automate repetitive tasks.
• You are curious about AI agents and Claude Cowork but have not found a structured way to get started.
• You prefer learning by doing over watching tutorials.
• You lack the developer skills to use Claude Code.

Prerequisites

You need a Claude Pro subscription ($20/month) and the Claude Desktop app installed on macOS or Windows. Cowork does not work on the free plan or in the browser. If you are not yet subscribed, get set up before the first session. (Cowork may also be available via MS Copilot.)
