Baltimore/Washington International Pen Show 2024 - Exhibitor Registration

• PEN SHOW EVENT HOURS:
  Friday 11 AM - 6 PM
  Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM
  Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM
  
  
• EXHIBITORS TABLES
  Interior: $200 Wall: $300 Trader's Shared Tables: $110
  Free for additional helper.
  Each exhibitor is entitled to two 3-Day Passes: one for the exhibitor and one for the helper.
  
  
• SET-UP TIME
  8 AM each morning.
  
  
• TABLE LOCATION
  Your table(s) location will be processed on a strictly 'first come, first serve" basis upon receipt of your completed exhibitor reservation.
  
  
• SECURITY
  You only need to set up once and tear down once. The Baltimore/Washington Pen Show staff has made arrangements for overnight security. Doors are locked 30 minutes after the show ends each day. No re-admittance.

LOCATION

We have a room block reserved at the BWI Airport Marriott for Thursday, February 29, through to March 4, 2024. Booking online for your room is simple; just click “Reserve your hotel room” to receive the Baltimore/International Pen Show preferred rate. Special Baltimore/Washington International Pen Show room rate of $125 is guaranteed through to February 9, 2024, while our block of rooms is available.

• Online: Booking online for your room is simple; just click “Reserve your hotel room”  for a direct online link to facilitate your reservation.

Parking: Complimentary on-site parking.

Historically, the BWIPS room block and discounted rate tend to sell quickly. We strongly advise you to reserve your rooms as soon as possible.

If you're unable to get the room rate or get in the room block, please make a reservation at the prevailing rate, forward us your reservation number to bert@bertramsinkwell.com so that we can make the adjustment. Of course, this only applies to a rate that can be canceled.
