The Baltimore/Washington International Pen Show 2022
is booked and ready to go!
March 11-12-13, 2022
PEN SHOW EVENT HOURS:
Friday 11 AM - 6 PM
Saturday 10 AM - 5 PM
Sunday 10 AM - 4 PM
EXHIBITOR TABLE RATES:
Interior: $175 Wall: $250
Shared Tables: $95
Additional helper is free.
Each exhibitor is entitled to two 3-day passes:
one for the exhibitor and one for the helper.
Set-up time is 8 AM each morning.
Security: You only need to set up once and tear down once.
The Baltimore/Washington International Pen Show staff has made arrangements for overnight security.
Doors locked 30 minutes after the show ends each day. No re-admittance.

Special Pen Show Hotel Room Rate
The Baltimore/Washington Pen Show special room rate of $109 is guaranteed only through February 24, 2022. Ask for ‘Baltimore/Washington Pen Show” rate. Ratesare available for 2 days prior and 2 days after the Baltimore/Washington Pen Show.
If you're unable to get the room rate or get in the room block, please make a reservation at the prevailing rate, and forward us your reservation number to bert@bertramsinkwell.com, so we can make the adjustment. Of course, this is only applicable to a rate that can be canceled.
