Fountain Pens 101 co-sponsers - Pen Boutique and Jesse Tanenblatt

As a young kid, Jesse Tanenblatt had the pleasure of being introduced to fountain pens in 4th grade while at a Waldorf School. Since that time, he has been regularly collecting and using fountain pens. He has come to both use and enjoy new and vintage pens alike and now shares that enjoyment through his blog, The Pen Blotter.

Sponsored by Jesse Tanenblatt (The Pen Blotter) and Pen Boutique, a local Columbia, MD retailer, “Fountain Pen 101” seminars are geared to those who are just starting out in the hobby. They will feature how the fountain pens function, what makes them what they are, and associated accessories.

Participants will receive a bottle of fountain pen ink, a notebook, and a beginner level fountain pen (color of ink and type of pen to be determined).
