2026 GALA AWARDS NIGHT 16 10 26

This black-tie event features entertainment, drinks reception, 3 course meal,with 1/2 bottle of wine or 2 soft drinks per person and the announcement of our gold winner for each category. Every finalist will be presented with either a silver or gold award.

This event is about bringing businesswomen together to recognise and reward success. To celebrate the outstanding success of female entrepreneurs.

Cost per ticket £149.00 plus VAT if booked before 17th August 2026- Full price £195.00 plus VAT

You can book up to 8 people on one table – the individual ticket price applies. Please contact us about larger groups, this might be possible but we are limited for higher table numbers.

Please read the following BEFORE booking

• Please state any dietary requirements in the comments box e.g. gluten free, dairy free, allergies, vegan or vegetarian
• If you are booking for your guests, please add their names and dietary in comments. We can amend food choices and guests names up to 14 days before the event so if you do not know please add TBA.
• If you are a guest of a finalist, please state the finalist name in the comments to ensure you are seated together.
• Cancellation – Full refund up to 21 days before.
• UNDER 18's - we are happy to accomodate guests that are under 18 please email us debbie@bestbusinesswomenawards.com to discuss.

Programme

6pm- 7pm – Drinks reception – one free glass of sparkling wine or soft drink included

7pm- Dinner, entertainment followed by awards presentations

Once awards presentations are finished there is an after party until 1am.

Dress code: Black tie and Glamour!

There will be a photographer and videographer present at the event

TICKETS: We do not send tickets – once you have booked, we have a list of bookings by name on the door. You need to give the name of the finalist when you arrive, so your guests can arrive separately or together!

A final email is sent again a few days before.

The seating plan is completed a week before the event and we have this available at the venue when you arrive but can be sent in advance if required.

PARKING – There is ample free parking at the venue. Please enter your registration on the desk when you arrive

TRAIN - Nearest Station : Long Buckby - short taxi ride

HOTEL -Please call the hotel directly and request a room on our allocation. BBWA 161026 TEL: 01327 307000 speak to reservations. Our room rate is £103 single or £114.00 double including breakfast. Our room allocation will end on 17th August 2026 after which time the remaining rooms will go onto general sale and therefore we cannot guarantee rooms at the hotel.

Ticket Refund Policy

• Cancellations made up to 21 days before the event will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 21 days of the event will not be automatically refunded. However, if we are able to reallocate your ticket to someone on our waiting list, we will do so — though this cannot be guaranteed. 

• In the unlikely event that we cancel the event, a full refund will be issued.

• Ticket transfers. You may transfer your ticket to another person of your choice. Please note that if the transfer is made within 48 hours of the event, the meal choice must remain the same as originally selected.
