BETA Showcase: Spring Cohort 2026

BETA Showcase is a booth-based demo night where 13 early-stage startups from the Spring 2026 cohort open their doors to 200+ members of the Twin Cities startup community!

Every guest receives three tokens at the door. Spend the evening meeting founders, seeing what they have built, and investing your tokens in the companies you believe in most. The company with the most tokens at the end of the night wins.

Who You Will Meet

All 13 companies are seven weeks into BETA's accelerator, actively working on customer clarity, offer design, and go-to-market fundamentals. They are mid-build, ready to share what they have learned, and looking for real feedback and real conversations.

Attendees typically include investors and angels, former founders and operators, prospective customers and partners, city and state stakeholders, and community members who follow what is being built in the ecosystem.

Format

Open floor, booth-based, self-directed. You move at your own pace and choose who you talk to. Two hours to meet companies, ask real questions, and vote for the ones worth watching.

Food

A food truck will be parked at the back of the building throughout the event. The menu includes:

• Grass-fed Beef Brisket Sandwich with Horseradish Aioli, Slaw, and Greens
• Pulled Pork Sandwich with Jerk Seasoning, Coconut Lime Aioli, Spicy Pickled Vegetables, and Greens
• Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Thai Red Curry Coconut Braised, Ginger Aioli, and Slaw
• Black Bean Burger with Chipotle Aioli, Lettuce, and Tomato (vegetarian)
• Kettle Chips included with all sandwich, slider, and wrap orders

Dairy-free and gluten-free options available without the bun.

Parking

Two complimentary lots are available: the NorthCo/Side Car Studios lot adjacent to The Luminare, and a smaller lot off 8th Street behind the building.
