It can be tough to make real connections in our busy lives. Pubs, clubs and the dating industry can feel like a market place.

So where and how do we find and meet each other in a different way?

MEETINGS WITHOUT MASKS is the answer.

This event has been specifically designed and developed to provide a very different kind of experience for people who are looking for love and partnership.

In a gender-balanced group, we will explore how to meet each other more authentically. The day has been carefully structured to help this happen, with fun and creative exercises to open and relax you. Devised by coach and relationship expert, Jan Day, it is safe, supportive and both professionally and compassionately delivered.

Whether you meet your soul mate or not, it is a great opportunity to enjoy, and maybe risk, being a little (or a lot!) more intimate and human and alive.

Obviously nowadays "Meetings Without Masks" has a whole new meaning!    

We want everyone to be able to relax as much as possible.   We ask that you take whatever precautions are right for you.  

TICKET DESCRIPTIONS 

In order to get a gender balance on the day, there is an intricate ticketing system!  Here is a brief description of the different ticket types followed by the cancellation policy which applies to each.  Please get in contact if you'd like further clarification.

Women's ticket & Men's ticket. These are the tickets to buy if you want to guarantee your place.   Please read the cancellation policy below.

Waiting list tickets are full price if and when they are released.  If places on the day become available waiting list ticket holders are offered places first.  You would be contacted and offered a place as soon as it became available - if you didn't take up the place that is the same as cancelling the ticket at that point.  Please read the cancellation policy below. Please note that occasionally a place becomes available the evening before the event.

If no place becomes available for this date you will receive a full refund.

Standby tickets are available so cheaply because you may not know whether or not you will get a place until as late as the evening before the event, and waiting list ticket holders are offered any places first, then they are offered to standby ticket holders.  You would be refunded in full if there were no place available on the day.   Please read the cancellation policy below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For all ticket types, tickets cancelled by the purchaser more than 15 days before the event can be refunded in full minus £20 admin fee.

A Women's ticket or Men's ticket cancelled by the purchaser more than 15 days before the event can be refunded in full minus £20 admin fee.

Women's or Men's tickets cancelled within 14 days of the event would be forfeited ie no refund available unless a suitable replacement should be found, in which case a refund could be made, minus £20 admin fee

A Waiting List ticket  (see definition above) cancelled by the purchaser more than 15 days before the event can be refunded in full minus £20 admin fee.

A Waiting List ticket cancelled, or offered & not taken up, within 14 days of the event would be forfeited ie no refund available unless a suitable replacement should be found, in which case a refund could be made, minus £20 admin fee.

Please note an offer of a place which you do not take up is a cancellation of the ticket.  The most likely timing for space to become available is within the fortnight before the event.  Therefore please note that in the last 2 weeks before the event, if a place is offered & not taken up, the ticket is forfeited as above.

Standby tickets  (see definition above)  A standby ticket cancelled by the purchaser more than 15 days before the event would be refunded in full minus £20 admin fee. If cancelled within 14 days or if a place is offered by 6pm the day before the event and not taken up, the ticket is non-refundable.
