The new weekly collective space. We meet every week on Zoom.

12 noon - 1pm (GMT), every Friday, June sessions are 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June. 

Your first two sessions are always free. If you love it and want to continue attending the price is £39/month.

Even if we can't control life's ups and downs, we do have a say in how we 'are' in the midst of it all. 

Together we create a weekly dose of perspective, reinvigoration and intention.

We have created 'Us.' to be a place for people to gather and get back to their own deep, heartfelt motivations. We are so often distracted and sucked into fruitless thinking patterns - each week we will leave the session re-connected to ourselves and our experience as the flawed and yet hopeful humans we are.

What Alan & Beth have both learned over the decades is that we all have our own struggles, but we can find relief. We love sharing the richness of the whole experience of life, warts and all. No one is perfect.

What is leadership? Agency over ourselves, in the first place.

-Beth Creedon (CPCP 2009) is a full time coach - working with individuals, groups and facilitating coaching retreats.

-Alan Creedon practices and teaches mindfulness, runs nature connection retreats, and is a qualified hypnotherapist and embodiment coach. 

They have been married since 2007 and have a daughter and son together. Their first joint venture was an organic veg box delivery company called Dig, in Manchester, which they sold in 2011. They met at Unicorn Grocery - a workers' cooperative in 2004. They moved from Manchester to Italy and now live nestled in the hills of the Yorkshire Pennines.

This weekly gathering will evolve. 

Through being in this space with like-minded people and creating a great, unified vibe, we can share and create meaning in a way that helps 'Us.' be a connecting, inspiring place to be. A place to share with others; open and welcoming.

We are in a time in history where meaning and culture is changing. Some people say for the worse, some say for the better. The fact is, we actually get to create our own meaning and people together creating supportive, connecting meaning is truly satisfying. It also has long term benefits for all of our mental and physical well being.

What to expect?

A weekly live call with Beth and Alan, who will share their thoughts and learnings with space for discussion too. 

- ways to assist you to focus on what really matters to you and your life.

- appreciate that you are not on your own with your concerns.

- reframe anxiety and anxious thoughts, translating it into useful energy.

- get around and through things that keep you in stuck mind states and negative thought loops.

- how to be and act in a world whose narrative is so often encouraging us to be polarised.

- human powers of compassion and connection that exist within every person.

- ways of being that includes connection and community in your own family/friendship group.

- new ways to permanently focus your energy for the good of all.

You get the first two sessions for free. 

You can book your free spot for two sessions or you can sign yourself up for the whole of May for £39.

After you have tried Us. we invite members to set up a monthly standing order to continue being part of the community.
Each week, you’ll receive a fresh Zoom link for our live Friday sessions (12–1pm GMT) so you can join, connect, and explore alongside us all.
