Natalie and Heather are always looking for ways to better serve you! Some women have given their feedback that a retreat-get away is not something they are looking for so the retreat has been revamped into a conference. This fall we are offering Body+Soul-A Rest + Recharge Conference! This experience is still designed for you to learn about yourself and the rhythms of rest you desperately need based on the amazing material from the retreat. The conference is built on a foundation of God's unchanging character, surrounded by a community of women. They pray this new format will better serve women, their families, and their full lifestyles. Don't miss another moment to reserve your spot!

Find rest for your body and mind. Renew your spirit in faith for all life's possibilities.

Throughout history, natural boundaries existed protecting our rhythms of rest. Remarkably within the last century, each of them has been eliminated one-by-one. It's important to live life with intention anyway, but the loss of boundaries protecting rest makes it imperative to be conscious of the choices we make every day. We've seen what happens when we don't! We become overwhelmed, exhausted, and defeated. Life begins to feel robotic and mundane.

Friends! when we live our lives from this burnt out exhaustion it costs us something. Our relationships with our loved ones are jeopardized, our productivity decreases, we don't experience peace of mind, and we lose our joy. The stakes are high!

Rest is a gift given us by God. So you can imagine the Enemy's delight in our exhaustion! Worn out and unfocused it becomes difficult to live life full out to what God's called us to. We are in an ongoing battle and can no longer afford to accept things as they are.

"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest...You will find rest for your souls." Matthew 11:28-29

Rest is a bold weapon allowing us to return to God in faith, refresh our spirit, and restore our energy for the work we face each day. We don't work to deserve rest; we rest to empower our work.

Our Heavenly Father graciously leads us to rest through the example of His word and gift of the Holy Spirit through Jesus Christ. And it all starts with choice. In the very garden, He intentionally created us with the freedom to choose. Will you choose to keep going the way you have been? Or will you choose to discover a rhythm of rest? Will you choose to believe this is just the way things are? Or will you choose to fight for your health and wellbeing?

The stress and chaos of life will never just disappear. In fact, Jesus promises trials and hardship (John 16:33). However, just before His promise of trouble, He also promises peace. Faith in Jesus brings peace beyond our own comprehension (Philippians 4:7); peace we can depend on. It is our hope that you feel this peace at the retreat, continue accessing it well beyond our time together, and leave recharged in the purpose and possibility God gives.

CONFERENCE DETAILS

This conference is a 2-day experience that will run from 9am-3pm Saturday with a break for lunch. Everyone will meet again from 12pm-4pm on Sunday. Both days are critical to get the most out of this experience. Saturday has a large focus on the conversation of rest; while Sunday is designed to identify actionable steps forward and recharge you!

TICKET DETAILS

To attend the conference, a ticket is required to be purchased. Your ticket will include the conference, coaching throughout, snacks and drinks. Year after year, attendees of the Rest+Recharge Retreat have loved the Saturday night dinner together. Therefore, Natalie and Heather have decided to continue offering this dinner option with the Body+Soul Conference! Choose the ticket that covers the conference as well as this dinner Saturday evening if interested. Location TBD. 

Attending from out of town or want an overnight experience?  There is no hotel block organized for this conference. If you need accommodations, please make your own arrangements. The following hotel is located within walking distance from the event space:

How is this conference different from the previous retreat?

• There is no required hotel stay for this conference. If you wish to stay at a hotel, make your own arrangements.
• There are no meals included in this conference. Some light snacks and beverages will be provided.
• There will be a 1 hour break for lunch. Each attendee is responsible for her own meal. You can bring your own food in or leave the building. There are many options nearby that are accessible within the 1 hour timeframe.
• The content of the material has the same intention--to reconnect to your identity in Christ 

What is the cancellation policy?

• All sales are final. If for some reason you are unable to attend the event, your ticket will be eligible for one coaching session from either coach.
