Presenters

Sue Eskins

Sue Eskins is an ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and founder of Coaching in the Cotswolds, supporting individuals and organisations to create success at work while protecting happiness, wellbeing, and performance. She works with people at all levels, not just senior leaders, helping them navigate change, confidence, and career development in sustainable ways.

Her background spans nursing, education, and leadership, training at Guy’s Hospital in London and working across intensive care, hospice care, district nursing, and internationally in Australia. She later gained a PGCE and lectured in higher education, developing a practical, people-centred coaching style.

Her offer includes walking/talking coaching and equine-assisted coaching, offering powerful, individual approaches that improve clarity, resilience, and self-awareness for individuals. She specialises in ADHD-informed coaching, supporting neurodivergent people to thrive. Now retired from nursing, She runs her coaching practice, volunteers with the NHS Leadership Hub, chairs a hospice charity, and chairs the Stroud Business Women’s Network. Based in the Cotswolds, she works with clients locally and nationally to build happier lives and healthier workplaces.

Sarah Taylor Phillips

Sarah Taylor Phillips is a Brand Marketer turned Talent, AI and Longevity/Future of Work strategist. She partners with B Corps and values-led employers to build purposeful, sustainable work and careers where experience is valued, flexibility is normal and inclusion spans every life stage.

Earlier in her career, Sarah built a multi-million interim management start-up that changed how organisations accessed marketing leadership and specialist expertise. By championing flexible, outcome-led assignments and valuing “been-there-done-that” capability, the model helped combat ageism and kept experienced talent visible and hired.

Today Sarah supports early and emerging talent, returners, and senior leaders, helping organisations recognise potential, create intergenerational learning and design modern roles (interim, fractional and portfolio) supported by AI-enabled ways of working. She is the founder of Career Voyage, and her viral #CareerDecline posts (55–65+) sparked wider conversation about gendered ageism and the “missing middle” of talent.
