Baltic Exchange Wine Tasting - Italy Unearthed

As Italy continues to vie with France as the world’s largest producer and exporter of wine, this evening we shall explore and unearth some of the country’s lesser-known of Italy’s 20 regions and grape varieties some of which have been saved from extinction.

Ex-Baltic broker and now wine enthusiast David Hughes will take us from the Italian Fizz reception (no, it’s not Prosecco!) onto three white and three red wines, each of which, will show Italy’s diversity in its range and quality.

Cheese boards will accompany the tasting, followed by a Curry Buffet.
