Bex Fidler is a creative facilitator, sound therapist, singer, and trainer with over 15 years of experience in applied and therapeutic arts, supporting connection, wellbeing, learning, and development.

With a Master’s in Applied Theatre in Social & Community Contexts, she has led numerous creative projects, including co-founding and leading Miss Represented, a groundbreaking arts initiative supporting young women facing complex life challenges. Over 12 years, Miss Rep used a cross-art, responsive and trauma-informed approach to deepen understanding, build positive relationships, and spark vital conversations across communities—shaping policy and transforming lives.

Bex holds a diploma with distinction in holistic voice therapy, is trained in collaborative vocal improvisation techniques, and is initiated into shamanic practices from the Q’ero tradition. She runs workshops and courses using therapeutic sound, voice, and singing to support emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing—helping people reconnect with themselves, others, the land, and spirit.

She also delivers training in trauma-informed practice, professional boundaries, and psychologically informed environments with RealChange Training and continues to support community arts projects as a consultant, mentor, and creative facilitator.

Grounded in compassion and non-judgment, Bex creates a safe space for self-enquiry, discovery, release, and healing.
