An intensive birth preparation course spread over two evenings (Thursday 19th and 26th September, 7pm to 9.30pm) giving you all the tools for a calm, confident and positive birth experience.

How to work with your body during labour

Breathing & relaxation techniques

How to create positive birth environment

How birth partners can support

Birth options including places of birth, comfort measures

Induction process & c-section process

Decision making and birth plans

Post-birth options

Meet other couples too to share this journey.

Each session will finish with a relaxation and couples will also be given hypnobirthing tracks before the course and handouts/goodie bags to take home on the day. 

Price is £100 per couple. 

Parking available on surrounding roads.
